President Burt recognized in the District Newsletter

Burt Dibble and Tracey Merrill met when he was Group Study Exchange Team Leader in 2010-11 and she was a team member. The trip that year took healthcare professionals to Hong Kong and Mongolia. Now, just three years later, Burt and Tracey are both Rotary club presidents! Burt is president of Exeter, and Tracey of South Portland Sunrise.
