Exeter Rotarians are pre-selling freshly cut New Hampshire balsam firs to benefit the Exeter Rotary Charitable Foundation. The trees will be number 1 quality and 6 to 8 feet tall costing $40. Trees can be picked up on Saturday, December 6th in the Stratham St 8:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. in the Stratham Staples parking lot. A partnership has also been arranged with the Exeter St. Vincent de Paul Community Assistance Center so that people may also purchase vouchers that will be distributed to families in need giving them the opportunity to pick out their own tree for the Christmas season. Trees and vouchers may be reserved by contacting Exeter Charitable Foundation Chair, Jim Rolston at 603-682-6157.
