Once you've decided to apply for membership into The Exeter Rotary Club the following five things must  occur before you may be formally be inducted as a member:

1. You must submit an application. To complete the form online please click here.

2. We ask that you attend 3 luncheon meetings. We want to get to know you!

3. A Club member will be assigned as your sponsor and will conduct a fireside chat with you. A fireside chat is meant to fully inform you of the expectations of Rotary membership and to understand how the Club can ensure you get the most out of your Rotary experience.

4. Your application is presented to the Board of Directors by the Membership Committee Chair.

5. Upon Board approval your application will be presented to the entire Club membership for final approval.

Once approved the Club will induct you into membership during a short ceremony at a regular luncheon meeting. * It is our goal to induct all new members within 30 days of application.*
