The Torch (Gavel) is Passed

After an evening recognizing the past year's achievements, Peter Smith presented the club with a replica model of the Powder House. Inscribed within the model are all of the names of the club's past presidents, the newest being 2012-2013 President Ann Schieber. After many a happy dollar was given for a job well done during a difficult year, Ann completed the final task of her presidency; presenting her successor Dr. Burt Dibble with a pilot's hat, his President pin and the club gavel. After noting that he had been waiting a very long time to do so, President  Dibble rang the club bell declaring the end of the Changeover Dinner and the beginning of the 2013-2014 Exeter Rotary Club year.
