EXETER — The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce is partnering with New Hampshire Employment Security (NHES) and the Exeter Rotary Club to offer the third annual Exeter Job and Resource Fair on Friday, March 7.

The opportunity to host this community event in Exeter for the third year was initiated by state Sen. Russell Prescott, and additional partnering organizations include the American Job Center and N.H. Works.

"This is a great opportunity for job seekers to connect with over 50 Exeter area employers and resources in the hope of securing permanent full time employment," said NHES Commissioner George Copadis.

The Exeter Job and Resource Fair will be held at the Exeter Town Hall, 1 Front St., from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This job fair is free to the public and available to all job seekers.

More than 50 employers from a wide variety of industries will be available to job seekers. These employers have immediate positions available including: facilities manager, engineers, LNA, LPN, RN, PCSP, CDLA Driver, laborers, sales, collections, customer service representatives, bank tellers, financial service representative, pharmacy technicians, cable assemblers, machinist, maintenance mechanics, industrial electricians, insurance agents, community marketing executives, inside sales account managers, accountants, CNC machine operators, mechanical design engineers, Oracle developers, police officers, and administrative and warehouse positions. Additionally, there will be workshops running throughout the day offering advice on resume writing, interviewing techniques, and best methods for job seeking at different career junctions.
